Under our Extended Holiday Returns Policy, you can return items ordered from November 1 through December 21 at 11:59pm ET for exchange or refund (when applicable) until January 31, 2021.
Amsterdam Heritage is proud in making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Our premium leather products are handcrafted therefore no two products are identical, variations do not represent defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns & exchanges on eligible merchandise, within 30 days of receipt.

You can access our automated return portal here.
All you need is your order number and zip code. Once you see your order, simply state the reason for return or exchange and print your prepaid shipping label! Please include a note specifying the size, color or style of your choice when exchanging.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Amsterdam Heritage can refuse the return of products which do not comply with the requirements specified above.
Orders are eligible for free returns only when advertised. Please note that every order is limited to one free return per order.
International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for merchandise exchanges or free returns, only refunds upon receipt. Please note that duties, taxes and tariffs are nonrefundable.
Exchanges:If the size you ordered does not fit properly or you would prefer a different design, please contact us. We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt if the product is not visibly worn, or damaged. Please allow up to 1-2 days for processing, and our customer care team will contact you if we have any questions. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned items, please include your credit card information so the difference can be billed.
Please send your gift receipt or packing slip for these items to firstname.lastname@example.org In the event you do not find your receipt, we should be able to track the purchase for you, but we may need more information so we can better assist with your request. We accept gift exchanges within 30 days of receipt if the product is not visibly worn, or damaged. Once the purchase is confirmed, you will be issued a credited amount for you to use towards another purchase in the shop. If you have questions, please contact us.
Amsterdam Heritage will only accept returns and exchange requests for merchandise purchased from our website. Incomplete, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless otherwise promoted. Send returns insured parcel post with proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for compensation on the lost merchandise. These claims are to be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging. Amsterdam Heritage recommends that customers insure the shipment for the total value of the product being returned and preserve the shipping receipt with tracking number.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.

If you purchased Amsterdam Heritage merchandise from one of our valued retailers, please contact them directly to facilitate a return or exchange.
HOW DO YOU PROCESS MY RETURN IF I PAID WITH PAYPAL?
If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPal, your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account.
