What makes a belt western?
It's the hardware: a horseshoe-shaped buckle, a metal tip on the end of the strap, an engraved buckle or a row of studs. Adrie pairs a horseshoe buckle with a matching tip, and Alara has a metal tip too, with a vintage silver buckle.
Bea's engraved buckle mixes silver and gold, and Gem's is set with a turquoise-tone stone. Prefer silver only? Wen has a detailed antique silver buckle and Jolan a twisted one, both 1.57 inches (4 cm) wide in 5 colors.
Which western belts have a gold buckle?
5 of them, from slim to wide: Ariana is 0.6 inches (1.5 cm), Adrie 1 inch (2.5 cm), Andrea 1.5 inches (3.8 cm), Jasmyn 1.6 inches (4 cm) and Prya 3.2 inches (8 cm). All but Jasmyn have a horseshoe buckle; Jasmyn has an antique gold buckle with a row of round studs.

How do I wear a western belt with jeans or a dress?

Over a dress, go slim and wear it at your waist. Bea and Alara are 1 inch (2.5 cm) and Ariana 0.6 inches, and all 3 pair with dresses as well as denim; more slim styles are in our skinny belts. For a bolder waist, Prya is one of our wide belts for women.

Do you have a black or brown western belt with a gold buckle?
Yes. Adrie, Andrea, Jasmyn and Prya all come in black and in brown with a gold buckle. For gold and silver together, Bea in black has a two-tone engraved buckle.
Are these western belts real leather?
Every belt named here is leather, and each product page says which kind. Adrie, Alara, Andrea, Gem, Jolan, Prya and Wen are full-grain, vegetable-tanned Italian leather, Leather Working Group certified. Jasmyn is full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather, and Bea and Ariana are premium leather. All of them except Jasmyn are handmade in the Netherlands.
What size western belt should I get?
Go by your mid-rise jeans size: 27/28 is an S (85 cm) and 28/29 is an M (90 cm). Every belt above comes in XS (75 cm) to XL (105 cm), except Prya, which stops at L/XL (100 cm). Prya sits at your waist, so measure your body there.
