These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in the Amsterdam Heritage SMS and mobile messaging program (the “Service”). By enrolling in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

Amsterdam Heritage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or these Mobile Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting of the updated Mobile Terms. Your continued participation in the Service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.

SMS Program Description

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Amsterdam Heritage, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated marketing and transactional text messages at the mobile telephone number you provide.

Messages may include:

• Promotional offers and discounts
• Product launches and announcements
• Cart reminders
• Order confirmations
• Shipping and delivery updates
• Customer service communications
• Other marketing and transactional information related to Amsterdam Heritage

Supported Carriers

The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Changes to Mobile Numbers

If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to re-enroll in the Service using your new mobile number if you wish to continue receiving messages.

Amsterdam Heritage is not responsible for messages sent to a reassigned or recycled telephone number.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amsterdam Heritage shall not be liable for any delayed, failed, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered messages, nor for any errors contained in messages delivered through the Service.

Amsterdam Heritage shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of or reliance upon information provided through the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Information collected through the Service will be used in accordance with those policies.
