You have 30 days from delivery, and your first exchange is free — start it at our returns portal with your order number and zip, and we'll send the new size or color. Prefer a refund? Use the prepaid label (a $5 return-shipping fee applies) and we'll process it within 2–5 business days of receiving your item. Items should be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and treat occasionally with a neutral leather balm. Our leather is meant to be worn — it develops a richer patina over time.

In-stock orders ship in 1–3 business days with standard shipping, plus carrier transit time — and standard shipping is free on US orders over $100. Need it sooner? Choose a priority option at checkout (UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air): priority orders ship within 1 business day, then it's just 1–2 days in transit.
